These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between CoinsCal and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of all websites, applications, APIs, content, and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by the Company.
The Services are global in nature and are not subject to the laws of any specific country.

By using the Services, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Coinscal is an information provision platform that provides cryptocurrency market data, analytical indicators, price information, premium information, AI-based insights, and more.
The Company does not provide investment advice, financial intermediation, asset management, or investment solicitation.
All information is provided solely for educational and informational purposes, and the user bears full responsibility for any investment decisions made based on such information.
3. Disclaimer of Investment Advice (No Financial Advice)
All content included in the Services is not financial advice.
The Company does not recommend the purchase, sale, or holding of any specific asset.
The cryptocurrency market involves high volatility and risk, with the possibility of loss.
Users must make investment decisions at their own judgment and responsibility.
4. Data Accuracy and Limitations
Prices, trading volume, market capitalization, Kimchi Premium, AI analysis results, and other data provided through the Services are based on external data providers, exchange APIs, and the Company’s own algorithms.
The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or real-time nature of the data.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from delays, errors, omissions, or technical failures.
5. Notice Regarding AI Analysis and Automated Indicators
AI analysis, indicator interpretations, position signals, etc., provided within the Services are automated results based on probabilistic and statistical models.
These do not guarantee predictive accuracy and do not warrant future results.
The Company shall not be liable for any investment decisions made solely based on AI results.
6. User Obligations
